We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or section of this platform at any time, without prior notice.

• Include offensive, harmful, or spam-related content
• Violate local or federal real estate advertising guidelines

5. Legal Coordination

FSBO Services may connect users with independent, licensed Illinois attorneys for contract-related consultations. These legal professionals are not employees or agents of FSBO Services.

Any legal relationship is formed solely between you and the attorney. FSBO Services does not guarantee legal outcomes and is not responsible for any legal advice provided.

We strive to keep the FSBO Services platform secure and accessible. However, we do not guarantee continuous availability or error-free operation. We reserve the right to limit, suspend, or terminate access to the platform at our discretion and without notice.
